Enterprise Account Executive
Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is responsible for generating new business revenue with enterprise level companies. The Enterprise Account Executives build and manage company relationships with potential enterprise clients throughout a Southern territory in the United States. As an agile and innovative company, Modern Hire releases new solutions monthly and we expect our sellers to be active in maintaining knowledge across the platform. The ideal candidate is adaptive and flexible, has a history of exceeding sales quotas, loves the thrill of an evolving industry, and is motivated by developing strong relationships.
As an Enterprise Account Executive (EAE):
- Works with senior Talent Acquisition and Human Resource leaders to close large, complex, enterprise deals
- Convert qualified referrals from the Inside Sales team into direct sales
- Generate and develop new clients to increase revenue through cold calling, lead follow up, network connections, and trade show events
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
- Be able to market and differentiate the Modern Hire brand in a competitive environment and achieve sales goals
- Manage the entire sales process
- Work self-directed over a given sales territory with an entrepreneur-like mindset
- Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients
- Maintain a strong grasp on our competitor's activity and client base
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Represent Modern Hire at industry events and tradeshows
- Work with the Product Team on any client requests or roadmap topics
If you can answer "yes" to the following, then we want you to apply!:
- Do you have at least three (3) to five (5) years' sales experience in the HCM & SaaS or assessment industry, preferably in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Industry?
- Do you have experience calling on accounts for clients with up to 20,000 employees?
- Do you have excellent communication and presentation skills?
- Are you highly articulate with strong listening skills and the ability to creatively solve problems?
- Do you have a proven ability to work self-directed and be proactive?
- Are you able to demonstrate the ability to innovate and influence staff and management at all levels?
- Do you have strong business acumen working with senior leadership or executives?
- Do you have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client partnerships?
- Do you have technical aptitude and understanding how software applications/systems work?
- Do you have an analytical ability to understand metrics and report out on and identify key insights and be able to tailor and present information to clients?
- Do you have superior negotiating skills?
- Are you detail oriented?
- Do you have a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)?
