The role:

Miva is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR is an in-house role and the first line of contact for sales. This role will follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, website form fills, and partners. To fill the pipeline, the SDR will also generate leads via calls and other activities. If you are self-motivated, comfortable on the phone, and passionate about the sales process, then we want to talk to you!

You will:

  • Generate qualified leads through Outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proactively contact inbound MQLs and convert to SQLs
  • Qualify prospects via discovery conversations
  • Effectively communicate Miva's value proposition to prospective customers
  • Build target lists based on Miva's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and market research
  • Leverage Salesforce and Gong to document Outbound/Inbound activity and share learnings cross-functionally

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Sales
  • 1+ years prior sales development or inside sales experience
  • Passion for moving leads through the sales process
  • Comfortable completing 100+ Inbound/Outbound sales activities daily, including email, calls, LinkedIn, etc
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, or other CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated and results-driven

Target Base Pay Range:

This is an hourly position with the ability to earn overtime, commission, and the equivalent base salary range is $50k - $60k annually. This information is current as of the initial date of this job posting and may be modified in the future. The actual pay determined for an individual will vary based on job-related factors such as relevant experience and/or education, particular skills, and location.
