Vagaro is looking for a Save and Retention Specialist to join our Sales department and play a crucial role in improving customer loyalty and growth. You will dig into customer insight data and work to improve the customer experience. The representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious retention and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, reselling, and building back interest in Vagaro and reactivating past clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails and chat related to cancelations and reactivations
  • Make outbound retention calls
  • Schedule appointments/follow ups
  • Promptly respond to customer cancellation requests
  • Track all activity and monitor pipeline using Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Provide excellent customer support
  • Understand Vagaro’s product offerings

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • At least one year of sales experience
  • College degree is a benefit, but not required. Equivalent work experience or a demonstrated ability to successfully perform the requirements of the position is also sufficient
  • Be personable and customer service-oriented
  • Calm demeanor; able to handle pressure with ease
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous retention experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with SalesForce and Zendesk a plus
