Account Executive - OutCold
Responsible for putting together estimates, presentation decks, and being in direct communication with clients. We have some very exciting client events and tours locked in for 2023 and this person will get to work directly with our clients and teams to bring them to life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop productive, collaborative relationships with internal teams and agency partners.
- Assist with the management and organization of field marketing teams.
- Understand the functions and processes of all agency departments.
- Direct communication with clients.
- Create presentation decks and assist in the development of promotional items.
- Develop estimates and budgets for clients.
- Stay up to speed on industry trends and research immersing themselves in client’s brand and competitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years in brand management and/or experiential/integrated marketing.
- Minimum of 3 experience of agency experience.
Skills:
- A solid understanding about the experiential marketing industry.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate clearly and professionally to all levels of the organization as well as to external customers and/or vendors.
- Strong computer skills, with MS Office software Word, Excel, Keynote and Google suite.
Schedule:
- Ability to travel 5%
- Must be flexible with work schedules
