Sales Development Representative

Visual Lease is hiring an energetic and creative Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly sales growing team to help us manage the growing demand for our solutions and to drive new customer engagement! 

The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional communication skills and have a passion for interacting with potential clients and moving leads through the sales pipeline.

What You Will Do

• Represent Visual Lease by being the first point of contact for new prospects
• Determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward, ensure timely follow up from the senior sales executives
• Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
• Support sales teams on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
• Identify challenges when speaking with prospects and provide practical solutions
• Provide positive insights to prospects as a product knowledge specialist
• Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
• Schedule calls and demos for the sales team
• Conduct market research to identify new leads

Skills & Competencies

• Entry level position, but software or accounting experience a plus!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be comfortable speaking with Financial professionals and executives
• Strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
• Passion to work as a team player
• Highly organized and excellent follow-through
