Job requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Uncover prospect’s needs and business goals to determine whether our solution fits their needs
- Act as the subject matter expert for our customers by maintaining a well-rounded understanding of our products and services
- Educate prospects on our product offerings and make recommendations that align with their business needs
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary team players
- Lead large scale RFPs
- Facilitate demonstrations in real time with prospective customers
- Follow market and industry trends to further anticipate clients' needs and provide education
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Ability to communicate and present to executive and director level management decision makers in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area
- 3+ years of experience selling custom software solutions
- Ability to lead a discovery conversation to understand potential customer’s business initiatives, challenges, and current environment
- Motivated to help people and approach sales with a customer centric approach
- Strong language, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile team environment
- Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to embrace change and seek opportunities for improvement
- Aptitude for learning with a strong interest in new technologies and innovations
- Desire to be a part of a global, innovative team
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year domestically and internationally
