We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling technology and/or other services over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. In this role, you will identify small to mid-size businesses that can benefit from partnering with us and deliver targeted pitches to convert them into clients.

Account Executive Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs with a consultative approach
  • Work as a partner to help clients reach their goals
  • Present products to prospective clients in person and virtually
  • Self-generate leads by contacting prospective clients through cold calls, email, premise visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Networking and building relationships with current and prospective clients ( Attending Networking events is a plus)
  • Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
  • Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate; has good business sense
  • Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management.

Account Executive Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in sales (B2B sales experience is a plus)
  • Superior computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce or other programs a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pays strict attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task while efficiently managing priorities
